Lightkeeper's package made it to me. Though it's more of a symbolic message than an actual shipment... He clearly wants Peacekeeper to know who's behind the disruption of his deals. Peacekeeper will most likely start looking for whoever's responsible soon, and he may turn to you for help. All you need to do is deliver a message from Lightkeeper.

Mechanic: I'm not even gonna ask how Peacekeeper reacted to the package. You could almost feel sorry for him if he wasn't responsible for all of this himself. What was he thinking, going up against Lightkeeper...
