Consequences of Our Decisions

“Consequences of Our Decisions” is a Mechanic task in Escape from Tarkov. Reward: 35,000 XP. Objectives: Decrypt the data from the secret facility laptop; Read the data recovered from Fence's laptop. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Mechanic — briefing

I opened Fence's laptop. Decryption will take time, but you had better see the result yourself — do not tell me afterwards that I did not warn you. Read what comes out and give the machine back.

Objectives

• Decrypt the data from the secret facility laptop
• Read the data recovered from Fence's laptop
• Hand over the laptop

Tactical notes

• WHERE TO GO: nowhere — this is handing items over to a trader.
• The items go to the trader — some of them may need the found-in-raid tag.

On completion

Mechanic: Read it? Now you understand why I did not want to touch this.
