Decryption Hurdles - Part 1

Event quest: not offered by the trader now. “Decryption Hurdles - Part 1” is a Mechanic task in Escape from Tarkov. Reward: 16,400 XP. Objectives: Hand over the encrypted flash drive; Find 3 PC CPUs in raid. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Mechanic — briefing

Hello, friend. You got the flash drive? Good. You don't have to tell me what to do. Skier already sent his goons over. I told them it was gonna be a problem, but they obviously didn't follow. Decryption doesn't just happen by itself. It takes equipment, and that equipment takes power. I've got the main hardware, but I need more parts. Bring them, please. I'll give you a list.

Objectives

• Hand over the encrypted flash drive
• Find 3 PC CPUs in raid
• Hand over the 3 PC CPUs
• Find 3 RAM stick in raid
• Hand over the 3 RAM stick

Tactical notes

• Found-in-raid status is required — flea market copies will not be accepted.

On completion

Mechanic: Wow, nice pieces. That should be enough power now. I'll contact you when the flash drive's ready for pickup.
