• Return to the BTR Driver and ask about the negotiations with the smugglers

• WHERE TO GO: nowhere. Returning to the BTR Driver means a conversation at the trader, not a trip to a location.
• Completing it unlocks Icebreaker in the location list — that is the reason to do it.
