“Hot Wheels” is a BTR Driver task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 1. Reward: 24,000 XP. Objectives: Locate and mark the spare BTR wheels with an MS2000 Marker; (Optional) Complete the main objective as soon as possible. Walkthrough, map and requirements.
BTR Driver — briefing
So I went to the depot... Those assholes ruined the place and took my spare parts. I mean, I can understand tools or equipment. But why the fuck would someone take the fucking wheels? You're not gonna build a second BTR like that. Anyway, I need a spare wheel, and the sooner the better. You gotta find where the proper wheels could be laying around. I don't know where to look exactly, but you're not a moron, you'll figure it out. You can start with the customs area, but I haven't been there for ages, so I can't promise they'll be there.
Objectives
- Locate and mark the spare BTR wheels with an MS2000 Marker
- (Optional) Complete the main objective as soon as possible
Tactical notes
- WHERE TO LOOK: the wheels are at the repair centre on Reserve — in the larger of the two garages, by the white knight sign.
- The MS2000 marker is consumed: bring one, you cannot place the mark without it.
On completion
BTR Driver: Awesome! These will do, and you also did it quick. I commend that! Changing the wheels will take some time though, it's not a Lada after all.
