Darkest Hour Is Just Before Dawn

Event quest: not offered by the trader now. “Darkest Hour Is Just Before Dawn” is a Jaeger task in Escape from Tarkov. Reward: 33,000 XP. Objectives: Eliminate 60 infected on Ground Zero; Eliminate 60 infected on Streets of Tarkov. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Jaeger — briefing

You doing alright? Even though I can hardly stand on my feet, I went to see my mushroom picker friend and give him some of my tea. And you know what, the old man's keeping strong and healthy! That means we can't get discouraged either. The infected are everywhere now, but there are survivors too. So, it's time to roll up our sleeves and do some dirty work. Go to every corner of Tarkov and eradicate the monsters - we'll do our best to save the few who haven't been infected yet.

Objectives

• Eliminate 60 infected on Ground Zero
• Eliminate 60 infected on Streets of Tarkov
• Eliminate 60 infected in The Lab

Tactical notes

• 3 maps — The Lab, Streets of Tarkov and Ground Zero: not a one-raid task.
• 60 targets to rack up — that is several raids, not one evening.

On completion

Jaeger: Glad you're still with us. It's getting better, even if it's only for a short while. We can take a short break and regain our strength for now, as long as it's calm. Hopefully the medic hag will give us some results soon.
