“What’s on the Flash Drive?” is a Skier task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 8. Reward: 3,000 XP. Objectives: Find Secure Flash drives in raid; Hand over the Flash drives. Required for the Kappa container. Walkthrough, map and requirements.
Skier — briefing
Hey there, mister operator, come here. I got a little something for you. I'm not saying it's a real sure bet, but it might be interesting. One drunken punk’s been blabbing that back during the Contract Wars, he guided a few groups of some VIPs who didn't want to be caught by our soldiers or cops. And I agree with the latter. You can still make deals with war dogs as there are many decent people there, but cops are no damn good! Anyway, he guided several such groups. Oh and a fool as he is, he managed to steal everything he could during their camping breaks. Now that deadbeat swears on his mom’s name that he snatched two thumb drives on his latest run. What was on them - if anything at all - he’s got no clue. And he’s been permanently shit-faced for so long that he can’t remember anything at all - no location, no landmarks, nothing. Yet he says those VIP were some big enough to even bring security with them, so this might be worth a while. Check any campsite you find. I know that these paths have been beaten through and through since, but what if, you know?

Tactical notes
- WHERE TO LOOK: flash drives mostly sit IN SAFES, and the safes are in the locked dorm rooms — 105, 110, 114, 204 and 214. One safe each, one key each.
- You can manage without keys: check the filing cabinets, there are plenty on the map. Sometimes a drive is sticking out of a desktop PC.
- As a last resort you can craft them at the hideout if the running around gets old.
