Peacekeeper — briefing

We still do not know who the final recipient of all these drops is. The smugglers are unlikely to help us, they have already chosen their side. But there is another way to find out which of the local players decided to go against me. Bring me more of those shipments. I'll check the serial numbers and pull the records from the NATO bases in Finland while I'm at it. Some of those facilities fall under Edward's oversight, and if this kind of equipment ended up here, it means it had to be written off somewhere first. I'm only interested in the packages meant for the smugglers, so focus on sealed electronics boxes and weapon cases with NATO gear. And one more thing. Make it clear to those smugglers that if they want to do business with Europe, they'll have to go through me and no one else.

Peacekeeper: While you were gathering the shipments, I checked the records from the NATO bases in Finland. Nothing unusual on paper. The write-offs are all within normal limits. But real professionals know how to stay within those limits. Gear gets written off early because of outdated inspection procedures, and Edward knows that very well. Most of the items seem to be parts of individual soldier equipment. Not much in terms of weapons. Which means Ragman is trying to use Edward to refresh his warehouses... I don't know what pushed him to take a step like that, but I'll deal with him. For now, you can take a breather.
