Hello again. I was able to extract some scraps of information about a certain drug from the diary you brought. The owner of the diary used it frequently. It's some sort of combat stimulant, I think you might be interested in it. I can provide you with samples if you help me reproduce and test it. Here's a list of the items you'll need.
