Tactical notes

• WHERE TO LOOK: the Concordia building on Streets of Tarkov. You need the security room key.
• Inside, take the stairwell down to the underground parking and look for the locked door — there is a red flyer stuck next to it, and that is the landmark.
• The hard drive spawns in different spots inside that room, so search the whole room rather than the obvious shelves.
