“Stray Dogs” is a Jaeger task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 33. Reward: 65,000 XP. Objectives: Locate and eliminate Knight; Locate and eliminate Big Pipe. Required for the Kappa container. Walkthrough, map and requirements.
Jaeger — briefing
Now look who we have here. Do you even know what's going on in the city right now? Relax, nobody knows. But you and I are gonna start investigating. First, we gotta find out what air deliveries were made and by whom, things like air deployments before the chaos emerged. Also, that plane that got shot down in the woods is still bugging me. Find me the intel of this kind. I'll hook you up with a general direction so you don't hit a dead end. There was an active radar station at the Lighthouse island. It must have all the intel we need. After that, I'll take the lead. Oh, also, not a word to anyone about this, okay? It's shady stuff, you know what I mean.

Tactical notes
- WHERE TO LOOK: the Goons ROAM between maps and change spawns from time to time, so no single map can be named for good. Check our Goons tracker — that is where they were last seen.
- They carry a lot of health and high-class armour, but their HEADS are barely protected. Aim there; going for the body is pointless.
- If they spot you, all three come at once. Break line of sight or get indoors — in the open against three there is no chance.
