“Shooting Cans” is a Prapor task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 1. Reward: 3,000 XP. Objectives: Locate the Utyos machine gun on Ground Zero; Locate the AGS grenade launcher on Ground Zero. Required for the Kappa container. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Prapor — briefing

Greetings! I hear you're looking for a little extra cash. I'm looking for new people around here. I won't take you on any big jobs right away, of course. We'll start with something simple to get you up to speed. I know that the city center is where AGSs and KORDs were deployed during the hottest fights. Find me one of each and report back. Also, sweep the area around them, make sure no one gets to the firing positions before my guys do. I think five bodies will be enough. Scavs, PMCs, whatever. Less trespassers, less chance of an ambush, you know? That'll test your shooting skills, too.

Locate the Utyos machine gun on Ground Zero
Locate the AGS grenade launcher on Ground Zero
Eliminate any 5 targets on Ground Zero

Tactical notes

WHY THIS MATTERS: the five kills go down with any automatic weapon, even a Kedr — but the Utyos and the AGS have to be found along the way, and ONLY AS A PMC. As a Scav they will not count.
The Utyos is in the Empire tower, fifth floor, behind the barbed wire on the stairwell. The stairs are on the Tarbank side.
The AGS is in the Capital Insight tower, second floor.
