“Scavenger” is a Ragman task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 29. Reward: 17,700 XP. Objectives: Reach the required Search skill level of 9. Required for the Kappa container. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Ragman — briefing

Listen to this, brother. In combat every second counts, it's important not only to save your own hide but to carry out the loot too. Sharpshooting is science and all, but getting the fuck out after that and staying alive with some goodies is not that simple of a task either. It requires talent. You've got that talent, right?

Objectives

• Reach the required Search skill level of 9

Tactical notes

• WHERE TO GO: nowhere. The skill grows from use; the task has no location of its own.
• The Search skill grows from searching containers, not from picking loot off the floor — open everything, even empties.
• The level does not reset between raids: this closes on its own as you play.

On completion

Ragman: There you go, now I'm absolutely sure that you can return from a raid and with some good stuff in your backpack. Well done, brother!
