Therapist — briefing

Good afternoon, mercenary. You're just in time, I have an errand for you. I need to determine how many people have gone missing in the city. To do this, I need a list of all the residents of the city and subtract the already evacuated, the dead, and those who found shelter in the hospital. Your task is to find that list of residents. Bring me the journal from Primorsky District's Housing Department.

Tactical notes

• WHERE TO LOOK: the journal is in the housing office on Streets of Tarkov — the building at Zmeisky 3a. It spawns in several places rather than one.
• Check in order: the second office on the right after entering — bottom left compartment of the shelf; the third office on the right — on the desk with the lamp; the reception by the stairs — on the shelf behind the counter.
• If those are empty: the last office on the left down the hallway, right-hand desk; and the open office on the left — under the desk with the toppled bookcase leaning on it.
• The journal is a quest item: die with it and it is lost.

On completion

Therapist: Mercenary, you know firsthand how many lives are lost in war. But you have no idea how many die not from a bullet or a knife, but by going missing. Some are buried in the concrete in their own home after the bombing. Someone died in their basement from exhaustion because they couldn't find food. Someone was swallowed by infection because they didn't have the necessary medicine and couldn't get to a hospital because of constant shelling... And there are at least fifteen percent of people like that in this journal.
