Sup, brother! Heard you've started taking boat rides somewhere with the smugglers. You planning to get out of Tarkov by water or something? Hope you know about the naval blockade... And I hope you're not counting on the smugglers' boats being in perfect condition. If you really need to travel by water on their boats, you won't get far without the right tools. I'm telling you that straight, unlike those guys. But you're in luck, ahper! My guys recently cracked open one of the railcars headed either to the port or the Norvinsky pier, and what do you know, it was packed with special repair kits for watercraft! All kinds of patches, sealants, and other stuff. I think you know where I'm going with this, huh? Let's help each other out, and we'll both come out ahead. I could really use some of the tools that aren't included in those kits.
