Key to Every Door

Event: Blackout · 14 July 2026

Skier — briefing

Time to find out if that bloke we squeezed was telling the truth. You wouldn't believe the strings I had to pull to get hold of that little informant… While the lab's still running on emergency power, I need you to find that emergency access code and make sure it actually works. I don't have blueprints for the place, but I've heard one of your lot's been in there before. You'll find your way around, yeah? If I were you, I'd start with the admin office. Somewhere near security, the power systems, or the main server room. Bet it's locked behind some fancy key. Right now, the important bit is finding that code and trying it on any door that's normally locked with a keycard. Got it?

Objectives

On completion

Skier: That's my boy! Right then, give me the code, I'll write it down… I'll send my crews in tonight. Hopefully we won't bump into those nutters dressed in black. And if anyone comes asking you questions about any of this, you've never heard my name, yeah? Better yet, nick yourself something expensive from the lab and forget this little side job ever happened.
