“Immunity” is a Fence task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 1. Reward: 28,000 XP. Objectives: Extract from the location with the "Unknown toxin" status effect. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Fence — briefing

Well, you've proven you won't shoot indiscriminately. Recently, one of my men was poisoned on a mission and didn't even make it to the extraction point. We couldn't figure out what toxin caused his death. The guy went on a scouting trip to the white chalk circles. I need a more fresh sample and a tough employee who can survive the poisoning and make it back from the raid.

Tactical notes

WHERE TO LOOK: the task has no location — what matters is where to catch the toxin. It comes from a Cultist knife wound: either from a Cultist or from a player carrying one.
Cultists only come out at night: Woods (30%), Customs (25%) and Shoreline (25%). On Woods look west of the sawmill and in the ruined village; on Customs, at the Stronghold.
The other route is the barbed wire in The Labyrinth — touching it can inflict the same effect, and there is nobody to hunt down.
The toxin drains roughly 140 health per minute, so head for the exit immediately. A Propital injector slows the drain for five minutes and an ETG cancels the damage outright for a minute — with them people reach the extract, without them usually not.

Fence: You survived the poisoning? Now I'll try to get some information from your blood samples and get in touch with the right people. Either way, you've already earned your reward.
