Lightkeeper — briefing
It's better to discuss that with the Witnesses. They're willing to do anything to see the new world. Most will never rise to prominence under the new rules. But even the smallest actions and events will become the foundation humanity will rely upon after the transition. You probably won't understand the essence of the process you've already become a part of simply by being in Tarkov. Black Division has a special role to play, but even they aren't destined for rebirth. They'll pave the way, a path that only a select few will be permitted to walk. If you resist the inevitable, Black Division will come for you as well. It would be wiser to accept reality. The Witnesses report that a PMC group is interfering with Black Division's night-time operations. Put an end to it, and bring the dogtags of those you kill to the ritual sites as proof.
