Therapist — briefing

The data I received from Skier has helped me prepare a new version of the vaccine. We'll test it the same way as the previous preparation, using gas grenades. The procedure for obtaining an experimental sample remains unchanged. Once you have one, use it on the infected and eliminate those affected by the gas. I still need fresh virus samples as well. Work in the infected areas and eliminate as many carriers as possible. My people will collect the necessary material afterwards.

• (Optional) Obtain the RDA-78 experimental CS gas grenade
• Eliminate the infected Tagilla

Tactical notes

• WHERE TO GO: Infected Factory or Infected Lab. Kill the infected inside the gas cloud.
• RDA-78 grenades: 1 is given at quest start, then barter at Therapist LL1. Infected Tagilla with his scythe spawns on these two locations in every raid.
• A Halloween 2026 event task: available while the event lasts.

On completion

Therapist: The vaccine works, but supplies are too limited, so the quarantine must remain in place for now. We've managed to contain the outbreak, and it's gradually subsiding. Unfortunately, TerraGroup still got what they wanted: data on the new strain and the results of its testing in Tarkov. I hope this was nothing more than scientific curiosity.
