Halloween: Studying the Enemy
Temporary quest: active now, part of an event. “Halloween: Studying the Enemy” is a Therapist task in Escape from Tarkov. Reward: 34,000 XP. Objectives: Hand over 2 new infected tissue samples. Walkthrough, map and requirements.
Event: Halloween 2026 · 29 October 2026
Therapist — briefing
Hello. I've been informed that Skier isn't destroying the infected bodies but storing them in refrigerated containers. I have no intention of approaching him directly, but those samples could be a great help in developing a vaccine. Obtain tissue samples from those bodies for me. The more material I have, the more accurately I can study the changes in the virus. I wouldn't recommend going directly to Skier. He certainly won't sell you anything at the moment. Try negotiating with other PMCs or look on the Flea Market. I'm prepared to pay well for this work.
Objectives
- Hand over 2 new infected tissue samples
Tactical notes
- WHERE TO GO: the Flea Market — 2 infected tissue samples. On Therapist's line there is no other way: Skier gives them as a reward.
- A Halloween 2026 event task: available while the event lasts.
On completion
Therapist: Thank you. This will help us understand what's happening.
