“Getting Acquainted” is a Mechanic task in Escape from Tarkov. Requires level 1. Reward: 32,000 XP. Objectives: Obtain the V3 Flash drive on Lighthouse; Reflash the Radio transmitter. Walkthrough, map and requirements.
Mechanic — briefing

I know it's not easy, but it's worth it. When do I reflash the transponder? Buddy, you will reflash it. I don't have enough equipment here, but your Intelligence Center should have everything you need if you set it up right. I'll write down exactly what needs to be done. One more thing: the trader sends you the rules of your visit, so to speak. First: you can get to the lighthouse only while carrying the transponder, otherwise how will they distinguish you from the other PMCs? Second: do not run straight in there, make sure that the transponder worked. You will hear a beep, it means that the transponder is authorized, and you can move on. Well, good luck! Objectives
- Obtain the V3 Flash drive on Lighthouse

Tactical notes
- WHERE TO LOOK: every spawn for the flash drive is on the Rogues' base. So either clear it yourself or arrive after someone else has.
- There are about twenty spots and only two sit behind keys — the Rogue USEC barracks and the water treatment plant storeroom. The rest are open.
- After that the transmitter is reflashed at the hideout, in a level 2 Intelligence Center. Check you have enough power first: interrupting it midway goes badly.
- MIND THE BRIDGE TO LIGHTHOUSE. Birdeye will kill both the person carrying the transmitter and the ones without it: in a group EVERY member needs one, otherwise go solo. Do not approach Birdeye or even aim at him from a distance — he will attack.
