Ragman — briefing
Howdy, ahper! I heard there's some serious commotion going on at some ship in the bay. Apparently some unknown group is operating there, definitely not one of your guys. You see where I'm going with this? If it's neither BEAR nor USEC, then their gear has to be something special. And special goods are the best goods, brother! If you can get to that ship and bring me back any captured armor or rigs, they'll fly off the shelves. And you'll get your cut too, you know me!

- Find 5 Black Division plate carriers in raid
- Hand over the items
Tactical notes
- WHERE TO LOOK: the Black Division rigs are on Icebreaker, and you CAN COLLECT THEM ACROSS SEVERAL RAIDS — no need to carry them all out at once.
- If you are going as a group or feel confident, bring big backpacks: one trip then carries far more.
- The task opens along the story line, after killing The Wedge and finding the captain.
