Field Testing

Event quest: not offered by the trader now. “Field Testing” is a Ref task in Escape from Tarkov. Reward: 10,000 XP. Objectives: Eliminate 50 enemies in CheckPoint mode on Gate; Win a match in CheckPoint mode on Gate. Walkthrough, map and requirements.

Arena event: Gate Map Playtest · 13 March 2026

Ref — briefing

My guys are prepping a new Arena location right now. I'm gonna call it Gate. The, um... architect, Trombon, decided to check the routes, sightlines, and the overall layout ahead of time. So don't mind the place looking a bit empty for now, they just haven't had time to clutter it up yet. Your job's simple: run around, shoot a bit, and win one match. Just a routine test, pretty much.

Objectives

• Eliminate 50 enemies in CheckPoint mode on Gate
• Win a match in CheckPoint mode on Gate

Tactical notes

• An Arena task: done in Escape from Tarkov: Arena matches, no raid needed.
• A task from the Arena event “Gate Map Playtest” (13 March 2026); the event is over and the task is no longer given out.
