Tactical notes

• WHERE TO LOOK: the LBT gear comes off the Rogues, and they sit at the water treatment plant on Lighthouse.
• You need specific LBT pieces — plate carriers, rigs and backpacks; take everything matching off the bodies, not just the obvious item.
• The reward is the ability to buy PMC skins. That is why people run it.
