Peacekeeper — briefing

I figure you've already been approached by my partner in our deal. The transfer was sabotaged, and I found the culprits. Local smugglers thought they were the only ones who could use the unrest in the region to transport goods. We need to show them that interfering with big business is fatal. My contact in Europe is waiting for payment, and the buyer won't pay Skier without the goods. If this deal falls through, we won't have a chance to secure any major contracts going forward. This has to be dealt with immediately. Are we clear?
