For a long time tasks unlocked by character level: hit 15, get access. That is no longer how it works, and plenty of people keep grinding levels without understanding why their task list is not growing.
In our database 225 tasks out of 580 require not a character level but a specific loyalty level (LL) with a trader. The distribution:
The peak is at the second loyalty level. In other words the bulk of the content opens up fairly early rather than at the end of the road — if you know what to raise.
Three things at once:
An important detail: turnover counts in both directions. Selling to a trader also works towards loyalty. So the habit of putting everything on the flea market slows down your task unlocks, even when it makes more money.
If you are stuck and no new tasks appear, it is almost certainly not your level. Open the trader and look at the loyalty bar: most often what is missing is turnover.
What to do:
The Russian and English wikis describe the requirements differently: the English one has moved to the loyalty-level wording, while the Russian one still says character level in many places. We checked both and took the fresher of the two — so the requirement on a task page here is written the way it actually works now, not the way it worked before patch 1.1.
